Getting to the Games tomorrow - Thursday 4 September

On tap tomorrow, Thursday 4 September, is the start of the Driving competitions and its Dressage events; the 3rd day of the Jumping with individual and team qualifying and the 3rd day of Vaulting with the men’s and women’s individual technical programmes and the freestyle in the pas de 2 (pairs) event.

Show Jumping will again take centre stage at D’Ornano Stadium.
The session will take place from 3:15pm to 5:50pm (doors open at 2:30pm).

The Vaulting will take place in the Zenith, located in the heart of the Games Village.
The first session of the day will take place from 2pm to 5:05pm (doors open at 1pm), the evening session will begin at 8pm and end at 9:30pm (doors open at 7pm). The entrance to the Vaulting competitions is located at gate B. During the break, spectators must leave the Zenith, which will be a great opportunity to discover the Village and the entertainment and restaurants.

The Driving event will take place at the Prairie race course.
The morning’s Dressage event will take place from 9:30am to 12:20pm (doors open at 8:30am), the afternoon session will take place from 1:45pm to 4:50pm (doors open at 12:45pm). During the break, spectators must leave the race course and may grab a bite to eat at the refreshment stands adjacent to the race course, in downtown Caen or in the Games Village.

More info: Free shuttles at the park & rides connect the car parks with the competition sites (D’Ornano Stadium, Zenith, Race course Games Village). The park & rides are open 8am to 11pm from 23 August to 7 September and parking attendants will be on hand during opening hours.
